Opening Mass
This is done at the beginning of every term. As a catholic school, our faith teaches us that, those that put their trust in God, are never put to shame. We strongly believe in a faith foundation education. We therefore begins every term with the lord.
Open Day
This is done at every 6th week of every term. On this day, parents have the opportunity to access and evaluate the work of their leaners, have a one on one interaction with the teachers and give suggestions if need be. By this parents give feedback to the school.
Inter House Sport
This is done every two years. This is a day set aside for learners to showcase their sporting talents and equally ignite learners sporting enthusiasm. Because we believe that, every child has a unique gift and if well nurtured, will yield a positive result.
Cultural Day
Cultural day is done every two years. This colorful day showcases the different cultures inherent in MaryHill Convent School. It is a day tag “ Back To The Root ”. At MaryHills, we believe that children introduced to their culture at early age values his or her heritage more.
PTA Meetings
The PTA meetings comprises of the executive and general meeting and these are done on termly basis. At MaryHill Convent School, we believe that parents are the bedrock of all we do. These meetings gives us the opportunity to interact with them and receive feedbacks.
Inter-Class Debate and Quiz Competitions
This is done every 3rd term of the session. And its aimed at helping learners gain skills such as: critical thinking, problem solving, communication, self confidence, public speaking, team work, creativity and more…
